Introduction
Isaiah 62:6–7“On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have set watchmen; all the day and all the night they shall never be silent. You who put the Lord in remembrance, take no rest, and give Him no rest until He establishes Jerusalem and makes it a praise in the earth.”
The Spirit of God has been leading us step by step in a series called “I am with you Always.”
And now the Spirit says:
I have set watchmen.Sound the alarm. Lift the trumpet.Cry aloud – without rest, day and night!
1. The Watchmen
Isaiah says: “On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have set watchmen.”
Not sleepers.Not cowards.Not entertainers.
Watchmen.
And their call?“They shall never be silent.”
Ezekiel 33:6–7 warns us:“If the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet… his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand. But if he blows the trumpet and warns the people… he has delivered his soul.”
So I declare:The sword is coming.Judgment is at the door. On your walls, O Jerusalem — do not be silent!
2. The Walls of Holiness
Why walls? Nehemiah wept when he saw them broken.
Walls mean protection.Walls mean identity.Walls mean separation unto God.
When the walls fall, the enemy floods in.When the walls stand, the city is secure.
So church — rebuild the walls.
· Holiness.
· Truth.
· Prayer.
· Fasting.
These are the walls that keep us awake for the trumpet call. These are the walls that keep us ready for the Bride Groom.
