Why Thanksgiving matters

Walls come down (physical and spiritual) when we praise. So why aren't we giving thanks more when we should know that God's manifest prescence in increased during such times? And what's more, did you know that science says an attitude of gratitude has some real benefits such as less sickness, more sleep and even helping prevent overeating!

What can our generation can learn about thanksgiving from the men of old in the bible? How did they give thanks, whether in good or bad times? This article helps.
